May 9th, 2015 – Self-organized dinners; dance rendezvous at 8:30 PM at Pizza-M in Urbana (208 W Main Street). You may have dinner at Pizza-M before the dance party; they will be open at 8:00 (there is another private event there until 8:00). They have excellent pizza and good coffee.
May 10th, 2015 (10:30 AM – 12:3o PM) – Conference Working Groups**
*A limited number of hotel rooms at the Union Hotel are set aside for ICARUS IV (see Accommodations page for more information). After April 6th, rooms are no longer guaranteed.
**Working Groups provide time reserved for any groups wishing to organize a special issue or writeshop around emerging new themes.
