CVATC Workshop Funding Information

Limited financial assistance is available. SDEP/ICARUS will be able to cover the airfare for three to five participants. The funds will be allocated on the basis of need. We will favor participants coming from further distances and who do not have institutions able to cover their costs.

To apply, please write to Amanda McAllister (amanda@icarus.info) specifying the estimated cost of a round trip ticket to Champaign, Illinois (CMI) airport, a statement that you will be able to cover your own hotel costs and other travel expenses, and a short justification for your request. Please include “CVATC Funding Application” in the email subject line.
